Rogatov Sergey Petrovich - lacquer miniature artist. Born in 1920. Graduated from the Fedoskino School in 1939 where he studied under A.I. Kuznetsov, A.A. Parfenov, M.I. Mikhailova.

The artist was nominated to join the Artist Union of USSR in 1964. Worked at the Fedoskino factory of miniature art since 1939. In 1969 he began working as a teacher at the Fedoskino School. Participant of different exhibitions. Rogatov's works are exhibited at the central museums of Russia.
