Kruglikov - one of the founders of the Labor Artel of former masters of the Lukutin's factory (1910).
Member of the USSR Union of Artists (1954).
Participant of different exhibitions since 1920.


Russian lacquerware expert Ukhanova I. refers to "Кругликов" on page 137 of Ukhanova I., 1996, "LACQUER PAINTING IN RUSSIA of 18th and 19th CENTURIES", Iskusstvo-SPB, St. Petersburg, ISBN 5-210-00316-7 His works are demonstrated in the central museums of Russia.
