Kulgavov, Valentin Semionovich of Fedoskino Born: 1928 Kulgavov Valentin Semenovich - lacquer miniature artist. Graduated from the Fedoskino Art School where he studied from 1943 to 1948. His teachers were such prominent teachers as M.S Chizhov, A.A. Parfenov, Zertsalov and I.F. Vetrov. The artist has been working in Fedoskino since 1948. In 1976 he began giving lessons in the Fedoskino Art School. Participant of different exhibitions since 1951. Kulgavov's artworks are exhibited in many museums all over the world.
