Frolova Tatiyana Victorovna was born in Moscow in 1961 and currently resides in the village of Fedoskino.
She has finished Fedoskino Art School in 1980, where she was studying under her father Victor Nickolaevich Frolov and another teacher Kulgalov Valentin Semionovich.
Her works are displayed in Fedoskino Factory Art Museum and can be found in others Museums as well.
She is a regular participant of Exhibitions since 1982.
Some of her works can be found in the books of the Fedoskino Art.
