Fiskova Irina Victorovna (1946 - ...)  Click to play

Fiskova Irina Viktorovna was born in 1946 in the village of Kholuy, Ivanovo Region, where she resides at present.

In 1969 the artist finished the Kholuy Art School. Her teachers were Semenov Anatoliy Ivanovich, Gagaev Yevgeniy Borisovich, Kamorina Rimma Nikolaevna, Bugaev Vladimir Pavlovich. I.V. Fiskova's thesis work was a plate, entitled "Russian bylinas".

Now the artist works at the Kholuy Craft Workshops.

Irina Viktorovna paints in the style of Kholuy lacquered miniature, using tempera paints. She prefers to depict fairy-tales and landscapes.

In her free time the artist likes to read, work in her kitchen-garden, and take a stroll in the forest.

Irina Viktorovna wishes to all admires of Russian lacquered miniature good health, happiness, success, prosperity and, certainly, to get pleasure from beautiful and unique lacquered boxes.
