Suloeva Nina Pavlovna was born in 1948 in Kuban, Krasnodar Region. Now she resides in the village of Palekh, Ivanovo Region. In 1972 the artist finished the Palekh Art School where she studied under Vikhrev E.N., Zinoviev A.N., Golov V.I. and Simakin K.N.

N.P. Suloeva's original works are "The Tale of Tsar Saltan", "Snowmaiden", "Princess Frog", "Along the carriage-way", "Sitting on Grey Wolf", "A holyday in the village". The artist works in the style of Palekh lacquer miniature using egg-tempera paints. Prefers to paint on themes of Russian fairy-tales.

Nina Pavlovna supposes the most important element in her artworks is technique. Beginning to paint a new composition she intends to fulfill her work at the highest professional level, especially regarding technique and compositional structure. Finishes her work when the chosen theme is utterly expressed.

The artist applies in painting her personal painting methods connected with compositional structure. She tries to arrange figures in the composition without breaking a plane of the article.

Nina Pavlovna paints her artworks mostly in cold tones. She thinks her pieces are recognizable owing to the original gold decoration and thinness of painting.

In her free time the artist likes to cook, work in the kitchen-garden, grow flowers, vegetables and berries. Nina Pavlovna wishes to admires of her creative work: "Let works by Palekh masters always be in your lives and don't forget our small village Palekh".
