Natalya Latsuk is a Palekh miniature artist. She completed the Palekh Art School in 1983. She is married to Palekh artist Evgeniy Tselikov, with whom she has an infant child. She like her husband, likes to paint uncoventional works in relation to what most consider traditional Palekh. She has a love for animals, which she paints on boxes and wearable lacquer art jewelry alike.
