Anfimov Vladimir Petrovich was born in 1959 in the town of Yuzha, Ivanovo Region, where he resides at present.

In 1984 the artist finished the Kholuy Art School. His teachers were Fiskov V.T., Babarkin V.P., Semenov A.I., Suleymanova N.K. His diploma work was a composition, entitled "Round dance".

Now Vladimir Petrovich works at the Kholuy Craft Workshops.

The artist paints in the style of Kholuy lacquered miniature, using tempera paints. Themes of his works are different.
